Ventilation disc is divided into two forms, which are the scribing disc and the opening disc. The function of the two processing methods is to improve the cooling performance of the brake disc, reduce its thermal attenuation degree, and provide better braking ability.

 The brake disc is divided into carbon fiber ceramic brake disc and metal brake disc according to different materials. However, because of the high manufacturing cost and poor braking force at low temperature, the carbon fiber ceramic brake disc is still not used by most vehicles, although it has excellent thermal attenuation resistance characteristics. In order to increase the thermal attenuation resistance, some manufacturers will make the metal brake disc carbon fiber treatment, so that its ability to improve, while avoiding the low temperature performance of carbon fiber ceramic material is not good.
